Program terms
- VAKA Coins is a loyalty program. VAKA Coins have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash and are not a financial instrument or electronic money.
- VAKA Coins are granted to the neighbor who rents when the rental is completed, for leaving reviews and for the one-time first rental bonus. Referral credit will be enabled once the referral program is active; VAKA will announce it.
- VAKA Coins are not transferable between accounts and are lost when the account is closed.
- The maximum balance is 5,000 VAKA Coins.
- VAKA Coins do not expire: the ones you earn stay in your account.
- Redemptions are final: once a benefit is applied, VAKA Coins are not returned. The current catalog is the one published on this page and may change.
- VAKA may change the values, the catalog and the program rules with prior notice to users.
- Fraudulent use of the program (fake rentals, duplicate accounts, review manipulation) means losing your VAKA Coins and may lead to account sanctions, per the anti-fraud rules.
- These terms complement the VAKA Terms of Service.
